Academic documents
OR can issue following documents for students and former students:
• Enrollment verification certificate is used to confirm student’s academic status, academic program, the language of instruction, expected graduation date, and source of funding - available in English, Kazakh, and Russian languages in hard (stamped and signed) and soft (with an electronic signature as a QR code) copies.
• Official transcript reflects your academic records and grades posted during grading period - available English, Kazakh, and Russian languages in hard copy (stamped and signed).
• Enrollment verification certificate upon forms #2, #4 and #29 (справка ГЦВП по формам 2, 4, 29) issued for students who receive compensation from the government upon their email request - available in Kazakh language in soft copy (with an electronic signature as a QR code).

Processing
- All requests for academic documents are processed within 3 working days
- Soft copies are delivered via idocs.kz. You will receive a notification from info@idocs.kz.
- Hard copies are delivered from office 9151. You will receive more details in an email AFTER the order is ready from registrar@nu.edu.kz.
How to place an order
To order Enrollment verification certificates or Official transcripts, place an online request on MyRegistrar -- Online ordering academic documents. The module is available only during working hours from 8:30 till 17:30 on working days. For more details, please see the instructions below.
