| Fall 2021 Student Enrollment Report | Published each academic year in Fall semester by IR Office. |
| UG and Grad Degrees conferred (as of Sept. 2021) | Published by IR Office and being updated after each graduation. |
| Grade Distribution reports | Report shows trends of final grades at NU. |
| Data Request form | The University community can submit the form to request the data to be provided by OR. |
Fundamentals
- The Office of the Registrar does not accept data requests from individual students or student groups.
The requests must be authorized and originate from a University faculty or staff member.
- The Office of the Registrar is charged with approving or denying requests,

to guarantee compliance with corresponding policy and law and to ensure good storage of educational records.
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for
- Accepting and acting on requests for data according to the applicable policy
- Advising the requesting office about the nature of the data being provided
- Developing the report, list, etc., if approved
- Developing an appropriate set of controls for timing and executing the requests
- Monitoring the accuracy of the data
