NO APPLICATION FOR ACADEMIC LEAVE WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINES IN SPRING'25
Dear Students,
Please be reminded that April 11, 2025 is the last day to submit applications for a Leave of Absence under the Immediate Family Members and Other categories (applications under these categories are accepted from the first day of classes until two weeks before the last day of classes, as indicated in the Academic Calendar).
For the Medical category, applications are accepted until the last day of classes, April 25, 2025, as indicated in the corresponding Academic Calendar.
To be accepted by the Office of the Registrar (Associate Registrar), applications for a Leave of Absence must be approved by the following stakeholders:

1. Adviser and Dean of the School (for all categories)
2. Department of Student Services (for all categories)
3. Managing Director of Environmental Safety, Health, and Wellbeing (for medical leave)

No applications will be accepted by the Office of the Registrar as follows:
· after 5:30 PM on April 11, 2025 for the Immediate Family Members and Other categories
· after 5:30 PM on April 25, 2025, for the Medical category.
Additional signatures can be collected after the Associate Registrar's approval.
